History Preserved.
The building went up in the mid-1940s as an auto repair shop and spent decades collecting the kind of patina that can't be manufactured. Sealed concrete floors still show 80 years of use, the raw walls are intact, and nothing has been covered up or cleaned away.
One wall is shiplap, built from fence panels collected from Lakeland front yards after Hurricane Irma tore through the city. We knocked out the nails, dried the wood, and turned it into a statement piece about what this community is made of.
The 25-foot bar is built from a salvaged bowling alley lane, with a corrugated metal front. On the wall opposite the taps, glass windows look directly into the brewery: fermenters, hoses, the whole operation in plain view. Through a 13×13-foot roll-up glass door, you're on the covered patio looking out over Lake Wire, home to some of the prettiest sunsets in Lakeland.
More About Swan30 rotating craft beers (IPAs, stouts, sours, pilsners, lagers, and seasonals) plus a curated wine selection, cider, non-alcoholic options, and sodas.
Live music, live trivia, music bingo, community mixers, pop-up vendors, run club meetups, and more on the covered lakefront patio (or inside if the weather's not playing nice).
A giant covered outdoor patio with picnic tables overlooking Lake Wire, a 20-acre lake on the west side of downtown. Dogs and kids welcome.
A rotating cast of local food trucks pulls up to our dedicated spot every day but Monday. Check our events calendar to see who's rolling up.
